The Number 5 Basic Key To Personal Transformation!
Your Actions: The
way one acts or reacts in certain situations tells a lot about their person.
Your action is nothing but an outward reflection of what resides on your
inside. Your true character is displayed by your actions. Actions they say
speak louder than words!
As human beings, we are all equipped with certain feelings
and emotions like anger that were given to us for a reason by God. As
Christians, we are not to rid ourselves of these emotions or feel guilty we
have them, but rather we are to learn to vent or channel them properly in the
right direction.
The personal development that matters most is acquiring
Godly character. You need the spirit of God in you in order to manage all your
emotions properly. The people who do best in life are those who realize they
have the power to choose and control their attitudes and actions. Developing
yourself requires that you work on your weaknesses. Maturity therefore is using
your strengths over your weaknesses in reacting to life issues. A mature person
is one whose strengths speak more than his weakness.
It is your reactions to disappointments, your speech when
you are angry, your actions when annoyed or frustrated and your expression
‘when broke’ that reveals your true person. The bible teaches us in the first
chapter of proverbs that we are to operate in wise thoughtfulness Prov 1:5.
I firmly believe that no person will ever walk in God’s will
if he/she doesn’t operate in wisdom Prov 1:7.
Being wise today will help improve the quality of life you
live; it will enable you become who God has destined you to be and also help
you to fulfil his ultimate purpose for your life. Choosing to take charge of
your life helps you to recognize how your choices today will impact your
success tomorrow.
It takes courage to make a change but making that change is
the only way you can hope to have a better life and future!
A wise man once said “To do what you have never done before,
you have to become who you have never been before”.
When you change, your circumstance too will change! Take
that decision today, you too can make a big difference in your world!

May Day:The Number 2,3,4 Basic Keys To Personal Transformation!
Happy New Month to you all! In this new month, may God help transform every area of our lives in Jesus name Amen.
Your Words (fruit of
the lips): For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks Matt
12:34-35. Jesus tells us that the instrument that reveals the state of a man’s
heart is the mouth. The mouth speaks out what is in our hearts! The contents of
your words will not change until your thoughts change.
You should endeavor to create positive words daily for every
area of your life. Affirmations are statements of faith in our dreams and
goals. It helps one to focus, build self-confidence, eliminate self- doubt,
fears and other counter-productive thoughts. Our statement or speech should
always be AFFIRMATIONS!
There is creative power in words! You are who God says you
are 1st John 4:4-5
Your Vision:
Vision is the mental picture of a desirable future. Until you can see it, you
cannot achieve it! Vision gives direction; you have to know what you want
before you can go after it. What you don’t desire, you don’t deserve!
If you do
not know where you are going in life, you will probably wind up someplace else.
You must have well defined goals for every area of your life.
It is said that your vision determines your association
Psalm 1:1. The psalmist is talking about who we walk, stand and sit with. The
association we keep tells a lot about who we are and where we are going in
life. Choose your friends wisely; look out for those who impact positively in
your life.
Visualize what you want to achieve in life and start setting
achievable goals to make it a reality. Sit down and draft out your vision
(where you want to be in the nearest future). This is the definition of your
destination.
The bible says “where there is no vision, the people
perish”. Take charge of your life today and change the way you see things.
Learn to see through God’s eyes. Prayer is also key for direction.
Your
Self-Image/Self-Esteem: This goes a long way in determining how your life
will turn out. Your sense of worth and value as a person of purpose matters a
lot if your desire is to be successful in life. People who are always fond of
thinking negatively about themselves suffer from low self-esteem and have a
high tendency of failing and not achieving their set goals in life. A strong
belief in yourself and your God-given potentials will have a great impact on
the quality of life you live. Take time out to identify and develop your
God-given talents and skills.
There is a big need for you to win the battle of the mind
with positive self-talk! You need to change your mentality and mindset about
who you really are. Redirect every negative self-talk and thoughts to positive
ones.
Build your self-esteem today by having a sense of being
loved, a sense of being accepted and a sense of being adequate in all you do. Learn
to be self-reliant (independent) and strong with the right knowledge that God
has great plans for your destiny!
Be a person of worth and value;
place some value on yourself. You deserve nothing less than God’s best!

The Number One Basic Key To Personal Transformation!
Personal Transformation is all about improving or developing
your capabilities to attain maximum success and excellence in every area of
life. One of the factors that guarantee progress or success as a child of God
is when you have the knowledge of the fact that there are heavenly virtues
inside of you that need to be given expression.
Your love and trust in God determines the extent of your
success in life! Isaiah 48:17, Jeremiah 17:7-8, Isaiah 45:2-3. Success in life
is not only the achievement of your personal set goals but also the ability to
achieve God’s goals for your life i.e living a life full of God’s purpose.
To be excellent means to be outstanding in all you do; being
the best among contemporaries or peers. To stand out as the best, you must
possess God’s wisdom and love. Your love for God empowers you as a believer to
succeed in all you do while God’s wisdom guarantees your access to excellence
Prov 8:10-11, Prov 9:9-10.
To become wise, you have to acquire the right kind of
knowledge or Godly counsel Prov 8:33, Prov 12:1, Prov 13:20.It is said that
‘Knowledge is Power’; you will automatically become empowered when you begin to acquire and apply the
right kind of information in your life. It is therefore important to know how
to operate in wisdom by investing positive things in your mind! The mind is
said to be the center of God’s wisdom Prov14:33.
One of the 5 basic keys to Personal Transformation in life is the Mind!
Your Thoughts (fruit
of the heart): The mind is the greatest asset in the journey of destiny.
You are what you think! Prov 23:7.
Your thought is your reality; there is nothing that is or that has been which
isn’t dependent on the power of the mind.
You are the architect of your own destiny. This life is just like a mirror; whatever it finds in your heart is what
it will reflect or give back to you.
The root of happiness is joy, the one that lives inside of you. Just don't allow the negative experiences in your life try
to squeeze you in but be transformed by the renewing of your mind and the
opportunities you see around you.
God has packaged a lot of great things inside
you, you just need the opportunity to give expression to what you carry on your
inside!
For true happiness, it’s best to look within. Begin to align
your thoughts to what God’s purpose is for your life and reset every form of
negative mindset or mentality you carry.
When you change your thoughts, your
circumstance will automatically change.Nothing changes without Personal Transformation.

measured by what you have or by what you are but by the spirit that lives in
you!

Some Tips On Bloating And Gas...
Bloating…you know that feeling of ‘gassiness’ with abdominal discomfort that
you get after a meal? Have you found that it is associated with some meals? Do
you know the cause(s)?
Well, bloating is usually caused by
the twin factors of what you have eaten and how you chose to eat it.
For what you have eaten, easy
culprits are rich, fatty foods, beans, dairy (especially in lactose intolerant
people), high fibre foods (if lots of water is not taken afterwards) etc.
How can how you eat cause you a
problem? If you tend to over-eat or rush your food (eat it very fast or like a friend of
mine would say, ‘inhale’ it, then you are a target for bloating. The reason
is that you eat so fast that you don’t give enough time for signals to travel
to your brain from the stomach confirming that you are full. By the time that
signal arrives, you are all stuffed up and bloated to boot! Note that it may
take up to 20 minutes for those signals that confirm fullness to get to the
brain…sounds like a long journey.
Other causes of bloating are
swallowed air (which can happen when we eat too fast or drink too fast) and
smoking.
Prevention?
This is really simple: Reduce portion sizes, limit your intake of fats, eat slowly, quit smoking and limit your intake of foods that cause this, if all else fails.

category), don’t drink with straws (at least on a regular basis) avoid chewing

gum and stay off your candies that you suck so hard and suck in
quite a bit of air too!
Remember that if this ‘gassiness’
continues ‘regularly, you should see your doctor to be sure this is not the
symptom of something else.
So, when you attend that party, go easy on the food. Take a small serving and eat slooowly.

Rest For God's People...
It is very
evident that the rest which we are to find as God’s people is a rest which
grows entirely out of our spirits; being conformed to the spirit of Christ. It is vain
to think that if our circumstances were altered, we should be more at rest. If we cannot rest in poverty, neither would we in riches. Also, if we cannot rest in the midst of persecution, neither would we in the midst of
honor. It is therefore the spirit within that gives the rest! It is independent
of any circumstance.
The spirit is the spring of rest. The outward surroundings
are of small account. If our minds be like that of Christ, we shall find rest unto
our souls; that kind of deep, abiding and growing rest that only comes from God
to his people Hebrews 4:9-11, Jeremiah 31:25.
REST – staying refreshed in a chaotic world.

5 Signs You Are Not Drinking Enough Water
Dryness
This is one of the most obvious signs that you are not drinking enough water. According to researchers, water represents 60% of body weight in adult men. So if, your eyes, skin and mouth are always dry, you need to drink more water. A bottle of water cost N50 while softdrink is N100. Water is more affordable but many do not drink it. Drinking water oils the skins, mouth and eyes.
Extremely thirsty
There is a measure of thirstiness that is acceptable. Nevertheless, if you are already addicted to soft drink and an advocate of not drinking water, you will not just be tasty always but extremely tasty. When you sight water, your face radiates, and the water pangs disappears as you are forced to buy a bottle of water. Why will you deny your body water when you are not travelling across the Sahara Desert?
You unusually stay sick longer
A reliable avenue for staying healthy is drinking water. It is a perfect resource that helps rid the body of waste products as well as aid digestion. If you are always dehydrated and stay on the sick for too longer, you should question your water drinking habits.
Feel fatigued
Water is as important as blood in the a body. If the water in your body system do not suffice, it borrows water in the blood. When this happens, you begin to feel tired, worn out and lethargic. Just take a break and go drink water. You will feel the impact in a flash.
You Experience Reduced Urination
If you do not visit the toilet to urinate, you should be worried. Equally, if you have to muster all your strength to defecate, it is simply a sign that you are not drinking enough water. A egular trip to the restroom means you either drank enough water or drank too much water. Importantly, try to find a balance. Additionally, if your urine is light colour or clear, it is a signal you are drinking enough water. But if otherwise, you better start drinking water before you plead for dehydration to leave you.
